Why double extraction method over tinctures? 
 
Double extraction utilizes both an alcohol extraction and a water decoction to maximize the availability of terpenes, polyphenols, and beta-glucans. 
 
Turkey tail is one of the most widely-studied mushrooms in the world for its immunomodulating properties, cancer treatment and prevention properties, and antiviral properties. 
 
Turkey tail also has the highest beta-glucan content of the wild mushrooms, making this a top choice for immune health. I personally ethically harvested and selected the turkey tail for this extraction- no shipping to me means a lower carbon footprint in production.
