Initial Herbal Consultation

Service Description

Initial herbal consultations can be conducted remotely via phone, FaceTime, or in person at Quest Chiropractic in Wooster (the booking form will say "remote," but I will contact you to confirm your preference.) The visit will include intake and follow-up. Herbal recommendations can be purchased through me or another reputable herbal supply company. Once your session is booked, please check your email for the client intake form and disclaimer. Both must be filled out and returned before the session occurs. The initial intake appointment lasts 60-90 minutes. During this time, we will discuss your health history, relevant family history, lifestyle and dietary habits, and social and spiritual health. This initial appointment includes a quick follow-up at 1-2 weeks and another a month out to check on the protocol and make any changes needed. Herbal recommendations include short-term symptom easement and long-term strengthening of the entire body system. Food-based healing recommendations are often included, as is helping the client recognize strengths to achieve long-term goals. Services are offered on a sliding fee scale to help promote equal accessibility to wellness. I understand that financial situations occur, and I will not ask you about your situation. Just pay what feels fair to you.
